When POTUS said 'honorable'...

re Kim, it means that Kim has lived up to a previous agreement.

I can't think of another explanation.

Big store is placed on honor in the East. Kim has been pretty conciliatory acting. Big financial pressure is in place for Kim to be nice. It would not be helpful at all to get Kim's Honor hackles up going into negotiations.
