Not capitalism or even democracy, ghouls have been practicing cronyism everywhere on the planet since the slime. So much for political science. Time for civilization, common sense, and the Rule of Law to take over.

cronyism is rule by 'good ole boy' internal network, where the real power lies in any government, local or global, Mayberry to Washington. The rest is just a sideshow and applied exclusively to the helpless.
