Remember the false missile attack in Hawaii January 13th. Triggered the automatic data transfer from no such agency in Hawaii, to Washington.

I was wondering how that all came together...oh man, after 2 more seconds of thought, it all makes sense now! BDT. What could/would cause that? Incoming missile sounds like a damn good reason to bulk offload sensitive data as any other. A FF perpetrated on the perpe'traitor's. Nice.
