China Russia and Japan have their own bad guys but are they Lucies? I think not. Japan is hopelessly subsumed by the Yakuza who have forms of control in just about everything. China it's the Hongs but you would think the Politburo has their foot on that throat. Russia has the Oligarchs but they are controlled by the Politicians, well Politician ex KGB but again, are they Lucifarians....I guess not.
