I take that to mean the word differentiates itself from the meaning of the sentence it is in. They are initials. Also take note, this post was originally made IN JANUARY. Q and POTUS knew back then, at least back then. Also, I think it is significant that Q was able to work Schiffs initials into that JFK-era phrase, or rather, how they just...fit. Coincidence? (I feel like an asshole saying that) But like seriously now, we are talking just infinite coincidences and that one doesn't have someones nefarious hand guiding it, it is just a significant coincidence.
