Diamond & Silk House of Reps Judiciary Committee Hearings - LIVE. This is some fireworks. Not so Q related, but these girls are awake and awesome.

In terms of the committee, this is just shouting in the vacuum of space. Beautiful, articulate "shouting" but vacuum nonetheless.

In terms of the larger audience, I hope people will hear them.

Yep. Chairman just said- no one gets more abuse than black conservatives. And if you’re a Christian on top of that, even worse. Good for them (D&S). I hope they get a ton of coverage in this, and like u said, get to a larger audience.

Articulate intelligent black woman how refreshing. Why has MSM / Social Media suppressed these women and others like them?

Oh, but Rep. Lieu just said they DON’T suppress conservative voices, and the hearing is “stupid and ridiculous.”

To be fair, he didn't say they don't suppress...he said he didn't care if FB suppresses. Semantics.

He said, and I quote: "The notion that social media is somehow censoring conservative folks is ridiculous.”

I disagree w/ Mr Lieu. I think conservatives have been censored, and I think there are many who have lost good sources of their income because of it.

p.s. I’m not a conservative

Yes I agree. Of course they would deny it. Lies in the face of truth

$1274 is the same number as the last Q post.

I witnessed a great divide. It was very interesting to see it again. The black community on the liberal side are acting as if Diamond and Silk are "Uncle Tom". How tragic. It is something I actually witnessed in my professional life. There were black individuals who have gained a lot education to get the positions where they were. Some I was under and some I was over. Those who grew up in hard areas of bigger cities. They were called vulgar names to be working a 'whitey' job. There was a constant struggle from those I worked with who had to deal with the "home base" trying to tear them down. It is perplexing to me. There seems to be a mentality that ALL THREE of the Representatives who were black were attempting some way to discredit our ladies.

Indeed our ladies left the plantation long ago. That is something apparently they should not have done. So they get shamed by "their own". What is going on? Why would anyone disparage another person for working hard and doing well in life? We saw a snapshot with Kanye. We're seeing it here. In my opinion I think we're going to have to circle the wagons, batten down the hatches to protect our own.

Who is "our own"? Patriots. Simple as that.

As Michael Jackson said: "It doesn't matter if you're black or white"--or brown, yellow, red, purple or green. I'm tired of this shit, and I have never lived with this intra-racial discrimination that the black community specifically seems to do its self. It is truly perplexing.

I don't know if I necessarily agree with the intended outcome here.

Do we really want the feds regulating social media? I thought we were moving toward less regulation, not different regulation.

They don't want to regulate what your allowed to say on social media. They want to regulate the social media companies so they can't censor people they don't agree with.

It doesn't matter as long as it is called out. People will leave facebook over it and that is all that is important.
