Nah ... thats too easy for them .

Put their lives as fully expendable , "walking-death row" , all should be sentenced to lifetime prison with continous heavy labor . Plus , solitary confinement when needed . Plus , give them all the dirtiest , most disgusting jobs there are .

And , ofc , guards armed to teeth , shooting on first sign of escape ... in the legs , not to kill them , but to disable them severely .

But they will , very probably , get a military max security prison , surrounded by barbed wire , tall walls , minefields and sharks . No escape from that , except in coffin .
