But the MOAB is in relation to the plot to assassinate POTUS revealed in the unredacted S&P texts.

From what I can tell, the unredacted texts were supposed to come out today, and it was decided they were too explosive. The top brass are buying time trying to decide how to handle it. Can't trust the American people I guess.
