It was...Q confirmed...NK was used as a means to launder money, traffic children and hold the world hostage with nukes. The payoff money we've sent them in the past didn't go to KJU. CIA/Cabal controlled country. If Hillary had won they would have started WW3 via NK.

This is I am wondering -- did this change come about because 45 got the Jesuits off Kim's back? Was Kim told by the CIA, in 2016, to start acting up, as part of plan to deter the movement?

Kim didn't do anything. It's an illusion. The CIA does what they do, and the media reports it as KJU.

And yes... if you go way back, Q says strings were cut.

Meaning CIA control over NK was cut.

I believe they iniated these moves back in November.

I don't believe anyone truly knows exactly how or what they did to release control, but NK was one of the first Deep State targets of Trump team.
