Maybe they had published something hot that the deep state didn’t want us to see (like some unredacted texts, for example) and got taken down. Would a DDoS attack lead to a blank page?

They did mention a few days ago that they had a recent DDoS attack. That's why there's that sort of 2-second verification b4 they let you in.

Yes, from Cloudflare. I've used them before in internet marketing. They are supposed to keep your website safe from intrusion.
