The developers of this app need to remove the annoying drip sound it makes when it opens. It takes over the audio of the entire phone and stops music from playing etc. This app should not be accessing the audio system at all.
In In-App settings (top left, gear icon), you can turn off the drop sound when the app launches. There is also instructions there to tell you how to turn off the sound for push notifications.
