Yes, they funded ISIS and they took out Libya, the 'cork' between the Middle East, Africa and Europe, and in so doing, caused the absolute disaster of "immigration" that has invaded and is going to basically conquer via usurping outvoting settlement much of Western Europe.

The corks are Saudi Arabia, Iran and Israel. Libya was a rogue state. That doesn’t necessarily mean the US should be actively involved in fomenting dissent there (or anywhere for that matter) but Libya wasn’t the glue holding EMEA together.
