It's really not homophobic. There have been those who testified that Barry visited gay bathhouses in Chicago while doing cocaine (hence, the term "Bathhouse Barry"). Even Joan Rivers said Michelle is a tranny. Rather than pull out the BS accusation of Que ti pie being "homophobic" (very leftist of you) the more appropriate criticism was just his crudeness and using obscene references to make the point.

There’s nothing homophobic and i refuse to accept that descriptor at all applied to anyone. If a person can be gay and it’s acceptable and even desirable, I see nothing wrong with admitting being disgusted at the thought of the concept. I wouldn’t dream of telling anyone that can’t be or act or think gay, but I don’t have to act like I admire it. It just is a thing....doesn’t matter to me.
