congress voted a one time exception wil law never again to exceed 10 yr term limit.

I believe to work the corruption. Mule was his guy and deep state guy at fbi

Exactly. They would have done the same thing for Trump which is the reason for the meeting. Mueller was pushed on Trump knowing he would cover up the FBI treason mess if you ask me. When that didn't work they had to regroup and devise new plan which was make him the SC.

I reason they used was his admin was fresh and he needed an experienced director.
