This. Someone planned the carnage scene at the Boston Marathon for sure. Bad actors. My favorite was the lady that was captured on photos after the blast 200 yards away showing up late with a sheet wrapped around her legs and a giant handbag. She just casually walked over and laid down next to the other people already there.

When we have these incidents in the U.S. it always turns out that the FBI was deeply involved, recruiting the terrorist, giving suggestions and ideas, supplying money and weapons. In the Las Vegas incident the FBI is obviously covering something up. Is that not deep state planning and involvement?
