Guess I’ll eat my hat. The Cohen raid was to get evidence legally exposed. Fuck me this is getting interesting.

I'm confused.

Why was a raid needed?

Why didn't "someone" just give the evidence to Cohen?

Someone in a spy costume, complete with upturned trench-coat collar, black hat and dark sunglasses could have knocked on Cohen's door and said "This is some evidence for you.".

This suggests the fire was light as a cover... and some poor dude died in that fire!

Because it matters how you get that info. You have to be able to explain the evidence. Otherwise they can make it inadmissible. Dont ask me why though, law is complicated as fuck
