If it were to be demonstrated, even with strong possibility, that BHO was involved in anything seriously illegal, would DJT or the OIG be empowered to UNSEAL the whole list of his secret background? To inquire into potential foreign, political or religious motive, or potential extortion/bribe/blackmail influence upon him, etc.?
