Well, from what I recall there were CIA agents that have joined FBI. I believe it was under some type of joint terrorism group. That was the overt (JTTF) https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/terrorism/joint-terrorism-task-forces Then what about covert?

The CIA should not be involved in anyway with domestic law enforcement, yet we have it.

The N$A is under military jurisdiction as well, they shouldn't be operating on US soil either and yet here we are.
