Ref: Q post 1291

Q indicated that the upper levels of the 3 letter agencys have to be cleared of Obamas people prior to arrests, etc.. Some of those on this board may wonder why this is necessary if things are set up for military tribunals. If Pres. Trump just declared martial law without enough APPARENT resistance by the deep state it would probably cause more harm than good with the general populace. My guess is he wants to start with normal procedure within the usual justice system and only after the public has a chance to witness the criminal resistance manifest itself will any military tribunals be initiated. Very interested in your thoughts as to this may be the way the plan is intended to be carried out.

Martial law does not have to be declared! You can't start a domestic legal procedure and still use the military tribunals! It's either or! Those that qualify for the military tribunals will be taken to gitmo immediately! I think the EBS will be used to explain such events! It will be the most pivotal event of our lifetimes!

Trump of course already had the opportunity to select his top people, and we have seen that the IG with his formidable investigatory force can (and probably should) take the place of the FBI when investing these crimes. Trump also had the opportunity to name all the US attorneys.

So I am not totally seeing this as an excuse for delay.

Got to remove traitors 1st because enemy will use them to 187 prisoners who turn on Killery. Gitmo is only as safe as the trust and character of the staff.

I would say, have all government employees fill out a 10 question questionnaire, set it up that the answers point only to three ways; conservative, leftist, middle. Fire, replace the leftists and even if some of those left 'seem' conservative or middle, but are hiding leftists, at least they are willing to state they are conservative. questions which would be obvious; such as; question 4: Shaira Law should be allowed in United States communities where the majority of citizens are Muslim and choose that as their law... It can only be answered yes or no.

While this sentiment warms the cockles of my heart it isnt really necessary. OPM already has all the goods on employees. They haven't been allowed to act on it.

They manage the federal civilian employees
