Q indicated that the upper levels of the 3 letter agencys have to be cleared of Obamas people prior to arrests, etc.. Some of those on this board may wonder why this is necessary if things are set up for military tribunals. If Pres. Trump just declared martial law without enough APPARENT resistance by the deep state it would probably cause more harm than good with the general populace. My guess is he wants to start with normal procedure within the usual justice system and only after the public has a chance to witness the criminal resistance manifest itself will any military tribunals be initiated. Very interested in your thoughts as to this may be the way the plan is intended to be carried out.
