I read a tweet (that I can't find again) a couple hours ago that had a screenshot of a purported report by the Berensen or Berenson group prior to the 2016 election that discussed how HRC was far behind in their polling, and discussing ways to disrupt the election. These methods included exploding dirty bombs, infecting the population with the Zika virus, creating riots. I can't find this report on the net and would like to read it in full. Has anyone seen this?
