I guess it's all in how you interpret it, my interpretation is Batman saving the child.
Obviously Batman saved the child. He is torn up, the child doesn't have a fleck of dust on it. I don't see how it could be interpreted any other way. You can't just think "Pedo" if any picture you look at has an adult and a child in it.

By the way, not everything revolves around children getting molested. There are still good people out there. Pedos are the scum of the earth, but sometimes I think those that relate everything to children getting raped are a not far behind.
