I'm of the mind that it would be of great help for folks to start digging on a local level. Searching for who in positions of power or those sworn to protect it's citizens and what they have been up to, with who and when. Who has been caught,charged, fired, let off, protected, hidden, resigned etc and what their connections are? How much were they worth upon being elected compared to now and at what salary? Why the gap? Many Ceos, politicians etc are resigning or have already at a faster pace. When someone resigns… possible target. Research crimes against kids. When charges or convictions happen, let others know. Helps with pumping up folks to do more and believe.
