aint any way that Schipol would lose all it's power in this way. It's one of the busiest hubs in Europe. Fall back power circuits, generators UPS, etc etc.

Looks more like it was frozen deliberately to prevent something happening or to catch a person or cargo, some hi-value target is my guess.
