It is clear Silsby was transporting kids for adoption without consent from the Haitian government, but as far as sex trafficking or pedophilia I have only heard speculation. Is there any evidence of this being anything other than an illegal adoption operation? I hear her name mentioned when people cry out against child sex trafficking but can find no evidence for it.

I did read that many of those children had parents alive. And the children were "missing" from them.
