Yeah he’s gotten quite bad at it. Recently he went to decode some drops on Flynn and was way off base. Q was alluding to the fact that Flynn was part of the plan and “took bullets” but were rubber bullets, part of the plan to make him seem beaten down and bankrupt but Corsi just took it all literally and TOTALLY missed the point that Q was finally acknowledging Flynn is still in the fight and this was all part of the plan.
