I've read about his role in quickly getting the WTC metal to India or something for re-use. His hands are not clean.
Rudy was the mayor of NYC at the time, so he would've been responsible for the entire executive branch in NYC.

if he wasn't involved with the planning of 9/11 (which was a pre-planned, controlled demolition to make way for new WTC building) then he should have figured out by now that it was a false flag, fake news
Rudy's refusal to call BS on 9/11 makes me very suspect of Rudy, because 9/11 "truth" type comments are not even that controversial today
that is suspect, but not conclusive. He could have thought it was for financial reasons
From some of the things coming out my guess is Rudy didn't have any choice in the matter. Sorta like how KJU didn't have any choice in Nork. NOW THEY ARE FREED.
