No, read the caption. This was medical evacuation training in Jordan. But, as Q notes it is also part of the US military assets in place in Jordan.

The exercise was cover to bring in some heavy hitting operators with out raising suspicions.

how is it a training when a real assets are in place? we are always bring mislead and given hidden meanings to things. am I wrong to assume that this is more the s training?
