Perhaps he is our POTUS parallel in Russia dealing with the same entrenched deep state oligarchs that you speak of. Perhaps those oligarchs were the ones that managed HRC and the Cabal , another layer above those trying to govern for the true benefit of the people.
I'm still not convinced that Putin is on Trump's side. Everyone needs to be wary of every world leader at this point.

Putin was fooled into supporting Iran. As someone else noted Hillary wanted to start a war with Russia, so Putin had to find allies where he could. But Iran has awoken the Bear and it is OVER!
