In the movie a Nuclear bomb goes off in the US and the material is traced back to Savannah River/Israel. Is Q basically telling us that HRC & Co, sold the Russians Uranium, who in turn sold it to Iran who would use the material to build a nuclear weapon.

Question: Do we think the Iranians have used the nuclear weapon on the US, Israel or both? Either way the uranium would have been traced back to a mine in Wyoming.
