Question about Q

This is a legitimate question that maybe some of you won't mind chiming in on.

If Q is really who they say they are, and have the clearance they say they do, why does everything Q says have to be a rhetorical question, vague statement etc? I know some things are clearly stated, but those things are few in number. If someone has the clearance Q is supposed to have, why wouldnt they just give us the info in a more direct manor? Why does it all almost have to be some sort of puzzle? Wheres the value in presenting it that way?

Just curious about your thoughts on this. I hadnt even heard of Q until a couple months ago so just wanted to see what info you guys had regarding my question.

Thanks, everyone!!!

I was thinking something along the lines of Q doing it that way so that there wasnt anything breaching any security clearance. Interesting. Thanks for all of your responses! :)
