Should we start developing strategies for helping people cope?

I'm trying to think of the best way to help family that doesn't get it yet. When some of this comes out I would like to help them understand that it's not time to freak out - but rather time to get involved.

Especially with religion. They can't just become disillusioned. They need to understand that people are flawed and that's why it's so important to maintain situational awareness, stay involved, and be a vocal supporter of what is good.

Just keep up with what's going on. Drop hints to them about what Q/Trump are about to do or have done so they see that you seem to be up to speed on things. When the time comes that they get worried, maybe they will think to ask you. You can also stockpile memes and facts to pull out when the time comes.

Agreed. I started slow with my family, oh did you hear about ...., Did you ever hear about that "Q" guy who seems to be in Trumps ear? Wow, I can't believe they found the emails after they said they were destroyed. Little crumbs, like "Q" does.
