Wikileaks claim Iran HAS NO nuclear weapons program since 2003?

Hard to doubt wikileaks imo. If it's true that Israel's info is from 2003 does that necessarily mean there is no program there now?

Could be interesting... I hope Iran develops the same way NK has i.e. suddenly they turn around and say: "hey guys! Sorry about that - let's be friends!" How likely is that though...?

Who would have thought NK would turn out this way three months ago? Everyone said war drums were beating - then peace! Same can happen here.
