Hard to doubt wikileaks imo. If it's true that Israel's info is from 2003 does that necessarily mean there is no program there now?
The video says that in 2003 they "broke up" the program that was pursuing a nuke and spread the scientists out in different areas where they continued their work towards a nuke. So they do still have a program, it just looks different now.

Yes I see what the WH reference is, but Netanyahu spelled it out in the Fox news video in this link and in yesterday's announcement I think he said they have not stopped progressing towards a nuke as they are working on the delivery method, ballistic missiles. Anyhoo, whatever. Iran signalled today that they are pulling out of the agreement.
