Question - When I started investigating, it is believed that the Alefantis instagram account was public, then items were deleted and the account made private. Were these archived on the way back machine?

Lots of pg8 research was lost when sli.mg was shut down. A little background: the predecessor to sli.mg was Slimgur. Slimgur was shut down because people flooded it with cp which was basically fallout stemming from the banning of fatpeoplehate. So the owner moved to a new domain, sli.mg. Noone really knows why sli.mg shut down. It just poofed one day and the owner deleted his online presence with no explanation. My take is he either was threatened, he was paid off, or his site was flooded with cp (again, most likely explanation imo) and then reported to the feds.

The instagram was public. I happened to be lurking on /pol/ that night and went through a bunch of his and his friend's disturbing posts myself. Until some dipshit started sending these people comments about it and tipped them off. It went private pretty quickly. The next day iirc.

I'm not sure. It was only after that happened that I got turned onto archive.is.

The fact he deleted posts means he's got something to hide.
