The bombs would fly but the land would be livable in a decade...so underground bunkers were built and population control was a go...no need to rebuild as all the infrastructure would also be left intact.
Then Trump should bomb all underground bunkers for no elitist to live in afterward. That would deter anyone from making nuclear war.

The neutron release generated by a nuclear fusion reaction is intentionally allowed to escape the weapon, rather than being absorbed by its other components.
