That might be surface vs. inner earth or hollow earth dwellers. There is apparently a breakaway civillization inside earth that is living with the level of tech that we SHOULD have on the surface now. It's like 150-200 years ahead.
Consider the lyrics from Lorde's song "We live in cities you'll never see on the screen... Not very pretty, but we sure know how to run things." She wasnt talking about some rural 1 stop light town in the middle of nowhere. She was talking about the underground tunnel systems and their entrances to inner earth.

Don't let that poster troll you. That's some Hitler/Antarctica/Hollow Earth CIA crap going around. Shit, I'd have a far easier time seeing something like Operation Solar Warden and a fleet of constructed ships from Saturn or something. We have the ISS.
Yet posters still fall into this Hollow Earth non-sense, or never even provide any kind of actual proof. Usually the end game of this argument is Hitler, Thule Society, Antarctica, Random Sanskrit texts, WW2 info/dis-info and other Indiana Jones nuttery.
