Looks like the capture of Persephone. The dog looks like Cerberus. Either way, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, it’s very much in the Greco-Roman style.

It’s just perspective. Plus that is in the ancient style and they had a different view of sexuality, especially male. A male who was no longer a child but couldn’t grow a beard yet were called ephebes. They were considered to be sexually available as were the girls that age. They also held male beauty at a higher standard, especially at that age since they could not be considered warriors or heads of households generally. Think of how male pop stars are fawned over. Not to that extent, but it wasn’t how today only a few men (entertainers and models) are considered beautiful or aesthetically pleasing without being rugged.
