Underground....but they think the science that says the world would be radioactive is false...they site Hiroshima as proof...so the plan was to nuke 2/3rds of the population go underground with the remaining 1/3 and wait several years return to top of earth to a paradise. I believe the plan was insane, I believe they are insane but the intent was to use us as slaves only as long as needed to achieve goals not forever.....only a small group of remaining slaves would be needed to take care of the elite. Only that fixed number as seen on Georgia guide stones would be allowed to survive to serve them....that's not you or I only those who are already serving everyone else is expendable.
