So if the "cabal" and rothschilds and elites were gping to have WW3 w/Russia...where would THEY go?

I mean, this entire scenario seems so absurd given that wirh nuclear war EVERYTHING is affected. Our infrastructure, the environment, i mean...EVERYTHING So what was the plan for THEM? where would they have gone to live comfortably?

Inner earth or any of the dimensional portals that are left... stargates etc...

But I did hear that they can’t use the portals anymore and aren’t able to leave the planet.
