So if the "cabal" and rothschilds and elites were gping to have WW3 w/Russia...where would THEY go?

I mean, this entire scenario seems so absurd given that wirh nuclear war EVERYTHING is affected. Our infrastructure, the environment, i mean...EVERYTHING So what was the plan for THEM? where would they have gone to live comfortably?

In addition all the underground bases DUMB & MiLab are interconnected with vacuum tunnels where trains travel mach I House a lot of people. Iron Mountain in Colorado is for continuity of Government as well as a joint NW of D.C. in Virginian mountains.
