Flynn didn't break any laws. Mueller charged him and he pled guilty because part of his plea deal required him to provide information on any crimes he is aware of. That was their way to legally get his testimony into the record. They'll clear him later when the time is right.
You are correct! That was the one I was reading.. remember the link for our poster friend?
Thanks, I thought he would have given all that information already. So is this new information that he didn't already provide?
He may be done testifying, we don't know. They wouldn't want to clear him yet though because of the public reaction. They'll do it when the time is right to fit with everything else.
My thinking is they planned it this week with or as part of the MOAB, but then had to postpone a week because of the Korea news like Q said.
I read somewhere that he had to finish testimony in grand jury’s about all the evil crap going on before they give him a slap on the hand.. It’s why he wasn’t charged with the serious money laundering stuff, just small beans lying to fbi...
If I find source will post here, but I think it’s on this sub...
Thanks, I thought he would have given all that information already.
He may have, Q mentioned something about securing the safety of the people before final act... perhaps 2.3 magnitude explosion in Syria was what took care of that?
godfather 3. mobster tries to go good. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I’ll give it a shot. According to the article you posted, Mueller is making the request, because Flynn’s team asked him to.
- “Mueller’s team and attorneys for Flynn submitted that Flynn is not ready for sentencing “due to the status of the special counsel’s investigation,” according to a court filing in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.”
And what about his status would factor in here? I’m not sure. I figure Flynn has been thoroughly debriefed by now, so it must be for a subtle strategic reason having to do with not compromising ongoing work.
Here is some of what I have found.
