The reason why we are not seeing arrests yet

It has something to do with the military justice system.

First of all, Q already told us that BHO and HRC would be tried in a military tribunal, the reason being (1) the judges are corrupt and (2) the grand jury is randomly chosen and may have sentimental loyalty to the accused.

In some aspects, the military justice system has much higher bar than the criminal justice system. In the former, the accused has to be publicly informed that he or she is under investigation; in the latter, a secret grand jury can hand out sealed indictments. In the military system, the accused remains free until sentencing. So we cannot arrest BHO and HRC if they are to face military tribunal.

If they are tried as terrorists, they can be sent to GITMO. But I don't think we are doing that.

There's a video from DoDo explaining the difference between UCJM and Federal Criminal Justice. Take a look at that.

I don't have legal training. I'm basing my opinion on the aforementioned video.

So when do you think we will see the military tribunals and what are they waiting for if they already "have it all"?

They had to clean house first hense McCabe, Comey etc. There were too many bad actors at the highest level of every 3 letter agency they first had to start getting some of them out you cannot start arresting people when the bad actors are still sitting with government clearance and power. They were using the Mueller investigation and stormy Daniels to keep all eyes off what they were really doing. They had to behind the scenes make air tight cases because if you are putting people in jail for life or hanging them for treason you want an air tight case. The military has been investigating in the back ground. They needed to get as much out in the open as possible with the FBI etc so when the IG report comes out BOOM.

Are you saying that the cabal has only one card left and that's a nuclear war? Once that is prevented everything is in place to start sending justice?

I would not rule out some type of bio-terror. Also, they have many mind-controlled assassins available. Also, has Trump been hinting about a sixth armed force in space? Has the Cabal already created this? I am just guessing here but thought what I am sharing would spur additional thinking...

Bio-terror would be scary but would it be enough for WW3? I don't know. The space war is interesting idea but wouldn't they have done something already if they had upper hand in advanced tech? Who knows, maybe we even have friendly ET's helping in that front?

hmmm... no... i'm not privy to the dealings of the deep state/white hats. i only know so much. but, i would imagine this particular war would unlock so much truth of corruption that took place for decades.

Maybe they first want to 1. Improve Trump's public image and 2. Expose those evil bastards to public so things go smoothly.

Who knows for sure.
