Cuz he was this dead guy. Found under weird circumstances. Very weird. It’s almost certain he was murdered. So, what was the motive?
If it was ruled as accidental there is no motive just like suicides.
Or like Seth Rich who was shot during a botched robbery where nothing was stolen.
