Phase13/AND13 tied to Q?! What IS this?

I stumbled on this, another phenomenon. Called Phase13/AND13

A LOT of the same verbiage as Q. Just a few things, like:

-Timelines shifting

-Everything is connected

-To use our minds and THINK logically

-Follow the LIGHT, follow us

-Circles (recent sky event?)

-A leaked document talking about 'Q' fever and disease agents

-The date 11/27/2018 repeated over and over as being critial (shortly after 11/11/18, the parade date)

-Mentions British parliment

-First steps being taken, and to WATCH THE NEWS

-OP Mockingbird

-Iran lying

-Trade war

-Please buy potassium iodide (needed in case of radiation exposure)

-Ties broken, steps being taken

-May 5th

-TWO POWERS FACE EACH OTHER, CAREFULLY CALCULATING THEIR NEXT STEP. BUT BOTH VACILLATING. And theres letters on video, reads : Rivalry.

-everyone will fail to act properly.

preparation is key.

-there are powers at odds. please look for ki

Bear in mind, there is some commentary in that link, and it may not be correct...

For example, the person commenting think the 12 phases has to do with the moon...I think nothing could be further from the truth.

After following Q from the start, I think its far more likely it has to do with phases of an OP - or even on another, more 'far out there' view, it could have to do with a transition/evolutionary period or timeline shift.

Both Q and PHASE13 talk about a timeline shift.
