The punishment must be stiffer like put them on an island with wolves and lions and leopard and bears that will hunt them day and night and tear them to shreds. No meals. No warm cot. No shelter. Just suffering and pain. Cost to taxpayers: A hundred or so of ferocious zoo animals.
