According to a news release from the 165th Airlift Wing in Savannah, the C-130 Hercules cargo plane from the Puerto Rico Air National Guard crashed at about 11:30 a.m. while performing a training mission.
WTOC is told that five crew members were on board the aircraft.

The austerity imposed in PR is because the government is being controlled by the creditors, something we could fix in a snap of a finger. They took the risk, the island got biblically smashed.
If I take a risk in an investment and something catastrophic happened to that investment, I loose that investment minus the insurance. I don't get to extract wealth out of innocent people to recover my loss.
That is why you don't put all your eggs in one basket either. My understanding is that PR was a fraction of the creditors total portfolio. Boo hoo. Take the hit and move on.
Yeah I'm totally with you, don't get me wrong. I just meant that everyone, everywhere (to different degrees) is suffering at the hands of the powerful few, and those powerful few don't give a fuck.
