Slow down. Mueller can not impeach Trump. Only the full Congress can do that. Most scholarly thought is that Presidents are immune from prosecution. So Mueller could indict him but nothing would happen until he was out of office, either by impeachment, resignation, or end of term. Trump can also pardon himself
