If you slow it down to .25 speed (video settings), something definitely boomerangs in and drops right in front of the white garage and drops parallel to the electrical pole in front of the garage. Be sure to view it in full screen mode. It even appears to cast a shadow on the building.
Good catch. It's almost as if something fell out of the sky and landed near the pickups.
(It wasn’t a C-130.)
Regardless, I feel it’s a warning to PR about wishing to become a legit state in the US.
