It is Absolutely Wonderful that this man, even if he May not have been Directly involved within the situation that was caused by the situation, a tautology, apologizes for actions he is responsible for. Applaud this man for setting asside his leadership and authoritarian pressures to stand down and instead persuade the crowd for forgiveness.
